FAQ

  • Yes! For an additional fee, we provide delivery and setup services.

  • We service the surrounding Thunder Bay area. If you're from a neighbouring city, contact us and we can see if an exception can be made for your event.

  • Yes, you can pick up items from our location to save on delivery costs. 

  • Late returns will incur additional charges since this affects other customers' rentals. Please notify us immediately if you anticipate any delays in return timing. Late fees are charged at an hourly rate.

  • We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance for peak wedding season (May-October) and at least 1 month ahead for off-season events to ensure availability.

  • While accidents happen, you are responsible for the equipment while in your possession. We recommend checking your rental agreement. Any damages should be reported immediately.

  • Yes! Our JBL PartyBox 320 speakers are battery-powered and perfect for outdoor events with up to 18 hours of playtime. No power source needed!

  • While basic cleaning is appreciated, you don't need to thoroughly clean items. However, they should be returned in reasonably good condition without food, decorations, or tape attached.

  • Yes, subject to availability, you can modify your order before your event. Contact us as soon as possible with any changes.

  • Absolutely! While we specialize in weddings, our items are perfect for corporate events, parties, and other special occasions.

  • Contact us immediately if you experience any issues. We'll work quickly to resolve the problem or provide a replacement if available.

  • Our modular dance floors can be customized up to 18' x 18'.

    As a general guide:

    • 12' x 12' floor: creates an intimate dance space for up to 75 guests
    • 12' x 18' floor: comfortable for up to 100 guests
    • 18' x 18' floor: ideal for up to 150-200 guests We can help recommend the perfect size based on your guest count and venue space.

  • We'll add your custom text to our elegant 30"x70" black arch mirror using professional vinyl lettering. During the design phase, we'll work with you using Photoshop mockups until you're completely satisfied with the layout. Once approved and printed, any changes to the vinyl lettering will incur a $25 fee.
