Step 1: Choose Your Event Date
- Before shopping, click the "Check Availability" button and enter your event date to verify items are available when you need them.
- You can select your event date from the date picker or when you add an item to the cart you will be prompted to select a "Pickup" and "Return" date.
- IMPORTANT: In the calendar that appears, make sure to select the date of your event as the "Pickup" date and "Return" to ensure you are quoted properly.
- Double check that you are being quoted correctly.

Step 2: Go Shopping!
- Click on any item to view detailed information, including specifications and pricing.
- Enter the quantity needed for each item and click "Add to Cart" to build your rental order.
- Once you've added all desired items, proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Complete Your Order
- Choose your delivery option:
- Self-pickup: Leave the delivery checkbox unchecked in your shopping list
- Thunder Bay city limits: Check the delivery fee box in your shopping list
- Outside city limits: Complete selections but call (807) 276-4486 for delivery quote
- Enter your event address and review your order details
- Read and accept the terms and conditions
- Submit your order to receive a confirmation email
