Rentals start at $1,300 and include delivery, setup, and teardown.

20×40 Tent (800 sq ft) — seating capacity:

• Dining Options:
  • Rectangular Tables (6'): Seats up to 80 guests.
  • Round Tables (5'): Ideal for 64 guests.
• Ceremony Style: Can accommodate up to 130 guests, ideal for ceremonies or presentations.
• Cocktails: Perfect for 100 guests, offering a relaxed and sociable environment.

Capacity is reduced if your layout includes a dance floor, bar, buffet, or stage.

Space Requirements: A minimum of a 40' x 60' clear and level area is necessary to ensure safe and efficient tent installation.

Need more space? You can always rent two tents to double your capacity. Ask about a discount when you book a pair.
